How it works

Every collection follows the same process and produces the same records, whether it’s a single refresh or a rolling programme across many sites.

How a collection works

  1. Collection

We collect from each site on the agreed dates and log every device.

  2. Erasure or destruction

Equipment for reuse is securely erased. Drives you want destroyed are destroyed at your premises or at our secure facility.

  3. Certificate and reports

You receive the asset list, an erasure report for each wiped device, and a certificate of destruction listing every drive by serial number.

Itemised, where we buy equipment with resale value

Equipment that still works is reused, not scrapped.

Reuse comes before recycling. Working laptops, desktops and phones are securely erased, tested and resold, which keeps them in use and avoids the emissions of making new ones. If your equipment has resale value, we’ll make an offer that can offset the cost of your programme.
