Free IT collection
From one site or many, on dates agreed with you. Every device is logged as part of the collection.
- Laptops and Chromebooks
- Desktops and monitors
- Servers, storage and networking
- Phones and tablets
We collect your old laptops, desktops, servers and hard drives, wipe or shred every drive, and reuse whatever still works to cut e-waste and carbon. For academy trusts, councils, universities, NHS trusts and large organisations across the UK.

It’s the belief behind our name. Much of the IT that organisations retire still works, so we don’t treat it as waste. We wipe every device securely, reuse as much as we can, and recycle only what’s left.

Every device is securely erased, with an erasure record for each one. Drives that must not be reused are destroyed and listed by serial number.
Working laptops, desktops, servers and phones are tested, refurbished and given a second life.
Only equipment that can’t be reused is recycled, so as little as possible goes to waste.
Reusing a device keeps equipment that has already been made in use, and avoids the emissions of manufacturing a replacement. That supports your net zero and carbon reduction plans.
Putting reuse first means fewer of your devices become electronic waste, and what is left is recycled rather than discarded.
Asset lists, erasure records and certificates show where every device went, ready for your sustainability and social value reporting.
Whether it’s a single refresh or a rolling programme across many sites, every collection follows the same process and produces the same records.

Equipment fit for reuse is securely erased so it can have a second life, with an erasure record for each device.

For drives that must not be reused. Destroyed at your premises or off-site, with a certificate listing every drive by serial number.

Where equipment has resale value, we’ll make an offer for it, so keeping it in use also brings value back to your organisation. Send us your asset list for a valuation.
